At Quantum University, high-quality support for all students is very important. We go to great lengths to be accessible and to reply to all student inquiries. In addition to faculty and dissertation mentors, we have qualified Support, Administration, and Admissions Teams ready to answer all your questions.
Using the support form on the website is the preferred method for sending us online inquiries. For support help at any time, click the Support link on our website and fill out the form that comes up. This creates a support case that will be handled by the first available support team member.
You can also call us at any time at 877-888-8970. We have receptionists who will connect you with the appropriate department or, if necessary, take your message. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Hawaiian time.
We can also be reached by email: for Admissions - firstname.lastname@example.org, and for Support and Administration - email@example.com. However, using the support form on the website is the preferred method for sending online inquiries.
All students are assigned faculty mentors. You can contact your Faculty Mentor during business hours and/or email directly for help. Your Faculty Mentor can also help you if you have questions for any faculty member. The mentors will either answer your question or direct it to someone who can help you.
For specific questions, we also have live Q&A sessions where students can ask questions directly to our faculty members via a chatroom during live classes. Students also have access to a special Facebook group where they can exchange ideas, comments, and tips about their program at Quantum University.
